Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

  • Meeting Coordination Organize and prepare for meetings, including sending out invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.

  • Document Management Handle confidential documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible.

  • Communication Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Office Management Maintain office organization and efficiency, including managing supplies and coordinating office services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Good command in English and Thai.  TOEIC score: 600

  • Interpreter Thai-English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.

  • Willingness to travel to other provinces occasionally.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
