
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination Organize and prepare for meetings, including sending out invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
Document Management Handle confidential documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible.
Communication Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Office Management Maintain office organization and efficiency, including managing supplies and coordinating office services as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Good command in English and Thai. TOEIC score: 600
Interpreter Thai-English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
Willingness to travel to other provinces occasionally.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
